It stems from our observation that for the companies employing up to 50 persons, maintaining of own accounting-HR team is always a significant cost and often limited to carrying out of the basic tasks from the tax accounting, while forgetting or simply not being able to generate of the information supporting the managers in taking decisions. At present, our largest Client is a company employing over 100 employees.

We cooperate with Business Mind Sp. z o.o. from the beginning of 2011 in the area of HR-payroll services. We have a fragmented organization structure on the territory of the country (7 locations) and we employ 70 persons. Recently, we have got an inspection from the Social Insurance Office, comprising the previous 3 years – without any reservations. Very good communication between us and Business Mind Sp. z o.o. and remote access to the HR-payroll data allow us to rest assured as to the quality of the service and focus on the business processes, most important for every enterprise.

We employ, at various periods of the year, up to 200 employees. We provide services in the scope of electric works in such countries as Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and of course Poland. We have been cooperating with Business Mind Sp. z o.o. since 2011 and from the beginning of our cooperation a person delegated to provide services only for our Companies works at our office full time, which is from one side a very convenient solution in the scope of a full access to the information important for us (accounting and HR), from the other side it is very efficient from the economic point of view.

We employ 30 employees. We carry out the orders of metalworking for the Polish and foreign contracting parties, including among other for the largest shipyard in the country NAUTA S.A. We entrusted maintenance of accounting and HR-payroll issues in 2012 with Business Mind Sp. z o.o. However, the most important thing for us is the possibility of a remote access to the analytical reports for the managers, thanks to which we can analyse on a current basis the efficiency of the orders carried out.
