Our initiatives are simple, yet consistent:
Each year, we engage in social campaigns supporting the community around us.
During the holiday season, we support the Noble Box (Szlachetna Paczka) and WOŚP initiatives. We regularly support local kindergartens in promoting education, including purchasing books. As the Business Mind team, we also undertake a joint volunteering effort each year for a chosen (together!) social and/or environmental initiative.
We focus on a healthy work atmosphere and small initiatives that improve daily comfort, building a good and supportive environment for work and development.
We provide benefit packages that promote work-life balance and the development of our team members: their physical and intellectual activity: development and training platforms, a company library, participation in training courses.
We ensure regular training and access to knowledge.
We adapt working conditions to the needs reported by employees so that they feel as good as possible in the company – after all, that's what we all want!
We reduce paper and energy consumption.
We prefer and promote electronic documentation, reducing paper consumption. We also offer clients access to online documentation.
We limit plastic packaging in daily office purchases, we have replaced bottled water with pitcher filters. We ensure waste segregation in the office.
We minimize unnecessary energy consumption – our office is equipped with low-power lighting with appropriate sensors; we choose energy-efficient equipment with a high energy class; we do not use additional air conditioning (and gravitational ventilation ensures comfort for employees).
We promote commuting by public transport – we chose the office location with this in mind – we also support active cyclists, and a bike rack is available outside the office.
In our professional journey, we are extremely open to nurturing talent: regardless of age, gender, or place of residence.
We recruit students for internships, providing them with the best possible experience and knowledge development through contact with real business. We also cover training costs and offer professional development opportunities with Business Mind.

Noble Box (Szlachetna Paczka)
Participation in the Noble Box (Szlachetna Paczka) began with... the open hearts of the Team. Together, we carried out a beautiful initiative: from the decision to participate and jointly packing gifts in the office, through writing heartfelt wishes, to handing over the package – each stage was unique. But what moved us most was the moment our coordinator told us about: the emotion of the recipient upon receiving the holiday gifts. Because good can be multiplied when it is shared. This feeling cannot be expressed in any balance sheet.
Supporting preschoolers in education
In our charitable activities, we regularly support kindergartens in purchasing books. We know how important imagination is, and we help the youngest develop it by supplementing kindergarten libraries.
