  • Comfort and safety – you submit documents to us via a dedicated to your Company e-mail account
  • You will have access to all the documents provided to us for accounting in an electronic version (PDF) – both the historical as well as the current ones
  • In the Client Zone you will get access to the application SaldeoSmart, thanks to which you can issue your sale invoice, prepare a cash report, check the basic structure of your costs and income
  • Our services are provided in the seat of Business Mind, but it is possible to delegate our employee to the seat of your Company for a determined number of hours – from one to five days in every week

In the framework of the basic accounting service you will benefit from:

Maintenance of the accounting records in the form of the books of account and maintenance of the tax documentation, comprising:

  • Separate records for the purposes of value added tax
  • Remuneration files
  • Records of fixed assets and intangible assets together with calculation of depreciation / amortisation
  • Preparation and submitting of the tax returns at the tax office adequate for the Engaged
  • Determining of the advances for the income tax and VAT settlements and filing out on behalf of the Engager of the monthly declarations for these advances and tax declarations for VAT, as well as annual returns on the basis of the data arising from the entries in the books and other necessary information supplied by the Engager
  • Informing the Engaged 3 days in advance about the dates and amounts of taxes by e-mail together with supplying of the copies of the declarations made
  • Preparing of the obligatory financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act and the Commercial Companies’ Code
  • Preparation of the annual return for the CIT of the Engager
  • Preparation and sending to the Central Statistical Office of the obligatory reports
  • Calculation of the annual write-down and maintenance of the Company’s Social Benefits Fund refund records
  • Making of the accounting entries that is recording in the books and records of particular economic events
  • Endorsements that means assessing of the documents in the light of the tax law and making decision as to the way of their qualification and the way of disclosing in the books of account and records
  • Preparation of the monthly printout in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act, recording of VAT and the financial profit/loss after every closed month together with the information the model of which constitutes Appendix No. 2
  • Informing the Engager by e-mail about the significant amendments of the tax regulations that have influence on the business operations run thereby
  • Giving advice in the scope of the business activity run
  • Updating of the obligatory details in the Tax Office and Social Insurance Office
  • Representing of the Engager before the tax office, Social Insurance Office and Statistical Office and providing any explanations to the inspection authorities
